This Privacy Policy explains how Buddha Vibes Technologies LLP ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit buddhavibestechnologies.com, contact us, or become our client. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules, and we respect the privacy rights of visitors and clients in the USA and elsewhere.
1. Who we are#

2. Personal data we collect#
Information you give us#
- Enquiries: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, the services you are interested in and any message you send through our forms, website assistant, email, phone or WhatsApp.
- Client onboarding: business and contact details, billing address, GSTIN and PAN, the name of the person accepting our terms, files you upload (such as logos and brand material) and any account access you choose to share with us so we can deliver the work.
- Billing: invoice and payment records. Card, UPI and bank details you enter on Razorpay or PayPal are collected by those providers; we do not see or store your full card details.
Information collected automatically#
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit, kept in our server logs for security. We also use your IP address, without storing it, to work out your country so we can show prices in Indian rupees or US dollars (IP geolocation by DB-IP).
- Campaign data: the page where you first arrived and campaign tags in the link you used (such as UTM, gclid or fbclid), so we know which channel brought your enquiry.
- Cookies and analytics: only if you accept them. See section 6.
3. How we use your data#
- To reply to your enquiry and give you a proposal or estimate.
- To deliver the services you have engaged us for, and to communicate with you about them.
- To issue invoices, collect payments and keep accounts as required by Indian tax and GST law.
- To keep our website and systems secure and to prevent spam and fraud.
- To understand how our website is used and improve it (only with your consent to analytics cookies).
- To send you useful updates about our services, only where you have agreed. You can opt out at any time.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
4. Why we are allowed to use it#
We process personal data on the basis of your consent (for example when you submit a form or accept cookies) and for legitimate uses permitted by the DPDP Act, such as performing a contract you have asked for, meeting legal obligations like tax record-keeping, and responding to requests you make. For visitors from the EU or UK, the equivalent bases are consent, contract, legal obligation and legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing that already took place.
5. Who we share it with#
We share personal data only with people who need it to help us run our business, under confidentiality and data protection obligations:
- Service providers: website hosting, email delivery (such as Google Workspace or Brevo), payment processors (Razorpay and PayPal), cloud storage, and analytics or advertising tools you have consented to (Google, Meta, Microsoft Clarity).
- Professional advisers: our chartered accountant, auditors and lawyers.
- Platforms we manage for you: as a client, data you ask us to use in your ad accounts, CRM or other tools is processed under those platforms' own terms.
- Authorities: where required by law, court order or to protect our rights and users.
6. Cookies and analytics#
Our website works without tracking cookies. Analytics and advertising tools (Google Analytics or Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity) are loaded only after you click "Accept" in our cookie banner. If you decline, they are not loaded. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the website footer, or by clearing cookies in your browser. A small item in your browser's storage remembers your choice.
7. Where your data is stored#
Our website and records are hosted with reputable providers whose servers may be in India, the USA or other countries. Where data is transferred outside India, we do so only as permitted under the DPDP Act and with providers that offer appropriate safeguards.
8. How long we keep it#
- Enquiries that do not become projects: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Client, invoice and payment records: for as long as Indian tax and GST laws require (generally six to eight years).
- Files and account access you share for a project: until the engagement ends, then returned or deleted within 90 days unless you ask us to keep them.
- Server logs: up to 12 months.
9. How we protect it#
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls with individual staff accounts, encryption of sensitive keys, and regular updates to protect personal data. Uploaded files are stored privately and are not publicly accessible. No system is completely secure, so if we become aware of a personal data breach that affects you, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.
10. Your rights#
Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to:
- give you a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- correct, complete or update it;
- erase it, unless we must keep it by law (for example, tax records);
- stop using it for marketing, or withdraw your consent;
- nominate another person to exercise your rights if you are unable to.
Residents of US states with privacy laws (such as California) may also request access to or deletion of their data. We do not sell or "share" personal data for cross-context behavioural advertising without consent. To make a request, email us at info@buddhavibestechnologies.com. We will reply within 30 days and may need to confirm your identity first.
